Imran Mir Founder of the Indus Valley School of Art and architecture, was remembered at a well attended memorial held at the school premises on 16th January 2015.
Speakers included fellow founder architect Shahid Abdulla, former minister of Information and Senator, Javed Jabbar and Tannaz Minwalla, Head of Creative Unit which was set up by Mir when he was with the Herald Group
The Graphic Design and Communication Department was also named after Mir at a dedication.
